Using LexiGraph

LexiGraph is a personal knowledge management system built on ATprotocol. Your notes are stored in your ATprotocol repository and are publicly accessible.

Getting Started

  1. Login - Sign in with your Bluesky handle or ATprotocol domain
  2. Create Notes - Write notes using Markdown formatting
  3. Link Notes - Connect ideas using [[Note Title]] wiki-link syntax
  4. Explore - View your knowledge graph to see how ideas connect

Writing Notes

Notes support full Markdown formatting:

  • Headers - Use #, ##, ### for headings
  • Bold/Italic - Use **bold** and *italic*
  • Lists - Use - or 1. for bullet and numbered lists
  • Code - Use backticks for inline code or fenced blocks for syntax highlighting
  • Links - Standard [text](url) markdown links

Wiki Links

Connect your notes together using wiki-link syntax:

Check out my thoughts on [[Project Ideas]] and [[Daily Notes]].
  • Links to existing notes appear as clickable links
  • Links to non-existent notes appear in red - click to create them

Autocomplete will help you find notes as you type.

ATprotocol Links

Tags

Add tags to organize your notes (they don't actually do anything yet):

#productivity #ideas #project-name

Knowledge Graph

Visit the Graph page to visualize your notes and their connections. Toggle options to show:

  • ATprotocol links (Bluesky posts, etc.)
  • Cross-graph links (other users linking to your notes)

Tips

  • All notes are public - don't store sensitive information
  • Use descriptive titles for better wiki-linking
  • Build connections gradually as you write
